• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their feelings and experiences, enhancing their self-awareness and fostering healthier relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their needs and strive toward their personal goals effectively.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that emphasize solution-focused strategies.
• Create comprehensive patient evaluations and assist in constructing treatment frameworks, employing various therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

In this role, you will support a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health challenges. Your practice will focus on fostering resilience and promoting personal growth through tailored therapeutic approaches. You will work collaboratively with clients, encouraging them to take an active role in their healing processes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of independent practice in a mental health setting without supervision.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and effective communication.
• Proficiency in using technology and software for teletherapy, including but not limited to videoconferencing platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with culturally sensitive practices and trauma-informed care is preferred.
• Ability to apply therapeutic interventions effectively in a virtual format, ensuring engagement and support for clients.
