This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct counseling sessions from your chosen environment. Utilizing our innovative online platform, you will connect with clients via secure video communication, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. • Conduct individual counseling sessions through video chat, providing real-time support tailored to each client's unique mental health journey.
• Facilitate open discussions that promote self-awareness and enable clients to express their emotions and experiences freely.
• Assess clients' psychological well-being, formulate personalized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support their goals.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable objectives and track their progress over time, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to navigate their challenges.
• Document all sessions and interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining thorough records that support treatment continuity.

You will primarily serve stable adult clients who generally present with low acuity mental health concerns. The pre-screening process ensures that you will be matched with clients whose needs align with your expertise and preferred demographics, enabling you to provide targeted support while avoiding engagement with more severe mental health crises.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice independently (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills with a proven ability to create effective and individualized treatment plans.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Comfortable utilizing digital tools and platforms necessary for remote counseling processes.

• Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting is advantageous, particularly familiarity with telehealth modalities.
• Background in community health, particularly within a clinic environment, is preferred.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

• We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 50,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
• Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their essential healthcare needs.
