• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to effectively evaluate clients' trauma histories and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing and coping skills development.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, offering a supportive space for clients to process their experiences, learn coping strategies, and foster emotional growth.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to deliver holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported.
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, empowering them with knowledge and resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance skills in trauma-informed care.
• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in trauma therapy, facilitating continual growth as a mental health professional.

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma, struggling with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will engage with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families, each with unique backgrounds and experiences. Your therapeutic approach will be tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance to support their path toward recovery.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team structure, promoting a collaborative treatment environment.

• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapy and interventions.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
