• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with adult clients focused on addressing their mental health needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in overcoming challenges.
• Document session notes clearly and thoroughly to ensure ongoing treatment continuity and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to refine your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment that emphasizes knowledge sharing and support.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and action plans tailored to their personal circumstances.

Your primary focus will be working with adult clients who seek support for a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We emphasize a holistic approach to therapy, considering each client’s unique background and individual needs. Your work will help empower patients to grow, heal, and achieve their personal goals.

• A master’s level degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted professional license as a social worker (LCSW), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or professional counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and reporting.
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your license by any licensing board.

• Familiarity with telehealth services and technology.
• Experience employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, mindfulness-based therapies, and solution-focused therapy.
• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
