As a Telehealth Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Synchronous Health, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices in behavioral health.
• Facilitating therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, using interactive tools and resources to engage patients effectively.
• Utilizing a proprietary chat-bot alongside scheduled sessions to provide timely therapeutic support and interventions.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of session content, treatment progress, and patient communications in our secure electronic health record system.

Your role will primarily focus on patients dealing with a wide range of behavioral health conditions, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Experience working with adolescents aged 8 and above will be considered a significant asset, as you will help implement comprehensive treatment strategies that support diverse demographics while fostering a positive therapeutic rapport.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active California LCSW licensure.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in social work, specifically focusing on behavioral health.
• Familiarity and compliance with state telehealth policies and regulations.
• Technical proficiency to leverage technological tools and systems for virtual sessions and administrative tasks.

While the essential qualifications are necessary, the following experiences will enhance your suitability for this role:

• Prior experience working remotely in a telehealth setting.
• A background in treating a diverse patient population with various mental health diagnoses.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and education. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
