Tax Advisor
Overview:

If you are looking for an opportunity to help shape a growing firm while building meaningful client relationships, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for a portfolio of individual and business tax clients

- Opportunity to help shape and grow a rapidly evolving tax advisory practice
- Ability to independently manage complex tax engagements with minimal oversight
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Collaborate with bookkeeping, accounting, and tax support team members to ensure accurate deliverables
- Maintain high-touch client communication and act as a trusted resource for tax-related questions and planning opportunities
- Stay current on tax regulations and identify opportunities to improve client outcomes

- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required
Benefits:
- Salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually
- Fully remote work environment with flexibility
- Generous PTO
- Excellent healthcare
