The surgeon-facing nurse/supply chain pro. Handles OR, implants, Cath Lab, cardiovascular the high-dollar, high-resistance clinical categories.
Negotiate implant pricing with device reps (Stryker, Zimmer, Medtronic, J&J, Abbott, Boston Scientific)
Lead Value Analysis presentations to surgeons and physicians on product standardization
Analyze physician-level utilization variation (e.g., "Dr. Smith uses 3x more sutures than peers")
Run product evaluations and clinical trials for device conversions
Present to OR committees, Cath Lab governance, Supply Chain Steering Committee
