Reports to: Chief Clinical Officer

CompDrug is seeking a dynamic Manager of Clinical Services- Case Management to supervise and grow our case management services. The supervisor will collaborate with other members of the Clinical department, the admissions and medical teams to ensure case management services are available to patients in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Duties

Supervise and evaluate Case Managers
Conduct Supervision, performance evaluations, case reviews
Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process
Provide onboarding and ongoing training to team
Identify staff training needs and support professional development
Monitor Case Management Staff time with patients, clinical note completion and adherence to treatment plans.
Monitor quality and availability of local resource options
