WeCare Mental Coping Strategies Clinic is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, maintaining a focus on mental health support and development. • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations, using the latest DSM standards, and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient mental health treatments, including but not limited to, case management, evaluation, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.
• Deliver diverse therapies including crisis intervention, couples counseling, family therapy, and skills training aimed at addressing various mental health issues and co-occurring disorders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team, participating in treatment planning and decision-making to ensure holistic patient care through integrated services.
• Manage and document therapy sessions accurately, including maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings and continuing education initiatives.

Your patients will range from children to adults facing challenges with mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic interventions that empower clients to develop coping strategies and enhance their emotional well-being. Through your dedication and clinical expertise, you will contribute significantly to positive patient outcomes, facilitating their journey towards recovery and improved mental health.

• Active licensing as a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or Psy.D within the state of Kansas.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficient in telehealth technology and familiarity with electronic health record systems to ensure efficient and organized client management.

• Experience working within a community health setting is preferred, as it enables a deeper understanding of diverse client needs.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, along with prior engagement in crisis intervention and case management.
• Previous teletherapy experience that showcases flexibility with remote client engagement and the ability to establish rapport digitally.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
