This role is built for editors who master the intersection of generative AI workflows, advanced prompting, and conversion-focused storytellingtaking concepts from raw script to high-performing final ad.

What You'll Do:

  • Script-to-Ad Execution: Take raw scripts and concepts and build complete, high-converting video ads using a blend of stock, UGC, and AI assets.
  • AI Asset Generation & Prompting: Utilize generative AI tools to prompt and generate custom visuals, AI animations, cartoon/stylized graphics, and hyper-realistic synthetic video assets tailored to specific brand angles.
  • Edit & Iterate Paid Ads: Edit short-form paid social video ads and rapidly iterate variations based on real-time performance insights.
  • Apply Direct-Response Best Practices: Structure aggressive hooks, fast pacing, pattern interrupts, and clear CTAs optimized for social feeds.
  • Collaborate Asynchronously: Partner closely with Creative Strategists and Growth teams in Notion and Slack to test winning creative angles.

Requirements we are looking for:

  • Deep Generative AI Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of cutting-edge AI suites, including Higgsfield AI, Omni AI, HeyGen, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, and ElevenLabs.
  • Advanced Prompting Skills: Proven ability to write precise prompts to build both hyper-realistic visual assets and engaging cartoon/stylized animations directly from a script.
  • Project Workflow & Management: Proficiency working inside Notion for task management, async reviews, and asset handoffs.
  • Conversion-Focused Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating high-performing paid social ads built for e-commerce brands (bonus points for health, wellness, and supplement experience).

  • Communication & Remote Fit: Strong written English skills with the ability to work asynchronously in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: Async-First We are a global, remote team. We don't care when you do the work, provided deadlines are met and the quality is top-tier. We do ask for a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and Slack communication. This ensures we stay agile and can iterate on winning ads in real-time.

HOW TO APPLY

We value high-retention storytelling and creative AI execution over traditional cinematic editing. To apply, submit a link to your portfolio highlighting your work with DTC, UGC-style, or Direct Response video ads.

We specifically want to see:

  1. Generative AI Workflow: Examples showing custom AI-generated visuals (both realistic and cartoon/stylized) prompted directly from scripts or storyboards using tools like Higgsfield AI, Omni AI, or HeyGen.
  2. The First 3 Seconds: Scroll-stopping hooks that combine AI visuals, UGC, or text overlays to lock in attention immediately.
  3. Pacing & Pattern Interrupts: High-retention edits using quick cuts, zooms, captions, and sound design.
  4. Iteration Testing: Examples of multiple iterations of the same ad (e.g., different AI hooks or visual styles).
