• Conduct remote therapy sessions utilizing telehealth tools, ensuring that clients feel supported and engaged throughout.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress and therapy outcomes, ensuring documentation meets ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

The clients you will serve at Solace Space Counseling Center come from varied backgrounds and experiences, facing a range of issues such as marital challenges, family dynamics, mental health disorders, trauma, grief, and substance use. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required for this position.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential to ensure compliance with professional practice standards.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy services in a remote setting, showcasing your ability to adapt to various therapeutic modalities delivered via telehealth.
• Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling you to maintain a manageable caseload and deliver quality care consistently.

• Previous experience in a community health setting, understanding the unique challenges faced by clients seeking support for mental health issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing efficiency in documentation and client management.
• Participation in continuing education or specialized training in areas relevant to Marriage and Family Therapy, such as trauma-informed care or family systems theory.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
