• Conduct comprehensive remote therapy sessions using our online platform, ensuring confidentiality and a safe space for clients to express their concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are informed by client assessments, preferences, and established therapeutic frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress through ongoing assessments and adapt treatment methods as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with organizational standards and relevant legal requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and support staff to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal standards governing mental health practice, ensuring that all services provided are of the highest quality.

The clients you will serve at Oceanic Trauma Counseling encompass a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing their well-being, guiding them through recovery, and fostering resilience in overcoming life’s difficulties. • A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proficiency in using technology for teletherapy and experience in conducting remote counseling sessions.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy in a professional setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

We value the contributions of our therapists and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year.
