Job description

Who We Are: Front Office Transformation Experts

Bluprintx (BPX) is a global, AI-powered consultancy built to design and deliver the intelligent front office for CMO and CRO executives. We are private equity-backed and scaling fast, with 300 active customers across 10 countries and more than 1,750 implementations. We connect people, technology, and AI to turn fragmentation into performance, partnering with global leaders to modernize how marketing, CRM, content, AI & Data connect. At BPX, we hire operators and specialists who thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution.

What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office

We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.

The Role

As the Databricks/Snowflake Partner Sales & Alliance Lead, you will serve as the commercial lead for our newly forming AI and Data practice. This is a high-impact, dual-focus role combining enterprise alliance relationship management with direct, quota-carrying sales execution. Operating in a high-visibility, ground-floor environment backed by private equity, your day-to-day will involve navigating partner ecosystems, creating an efficient co-sell engine, and directly closing transformation deals with enterprise CMOs, CROs, and data leaders. Working hand-in-glove with our technical architecture leadership, you will gather critical market intelligence, establish marquee client logos, and directly shape the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy as this high-growth practice scales.

Responsibilities

  • Alliance Ownership: Own the strategic alliance relationships with Databricks and Snowflake, building a robust and repeatable co-sell engine.
  • Pipeline Generation & Execution: Build, manage, and close a pipeline of platform-led front-office transformation work within enterprise accounts.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently carry and meet defined commercial sales quotas for the practice.
  • Practice Shaping: Formulate the commercial GTM strategy, partner programs, and competitive positioning within the data and AI ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the technical Architecture Leader to accurately scope, architect, and win complex enterprise deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Synthesize and deliver early market insights regarding data platform trends, competitor blind spots, and client demand to leadership.
  • Strategy & Thought Leadership: Champion Bluprintx’s global AI point of view, positioning the consultancy as a premier market leader in AI-driven transformation. Guide multinational enterprises on the strategic convergence of their modern data architectures (Databricks/Snowflake) and their executive AI roadmaps, establishing the macro-level vision for next-generation commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Direct Ecosystem Experience: Proven track record of direct sales experience within either the Databricks or Snowflake platform ecosystems.
  • Alliance Mastery: Demonstrated success managing strategic partner or alliance frameworks within enterprise technology or management consulting environments.
  • Quota Performance: A verified history of carrying and exceeding enterprise-level sales quotas.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong familiarity with cloud data ecosystems; specialized knowledge of AI and machine learning capabilities within Snowflake/Databricks platforms is highly preferable.
  • Ambition & Ambiguity Resiliency: Comfort entering an agile, high-growth practice during its early incubation and funding phases.

Why this opportunity is unique

This is a rare, high-visibility ground-floor opportunity to architect and scale a brand-new AI & Data practice with direct backing from private equity. You will have a seat at the table with board leadership, shaping the strategic direction of a global consultancy's most critical growth engine.

Anticipated Salary Range:

The anticipated pay range for this role is $154,000 to $182,000 annual base salary with on target annual commission of $66,000 - $78,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:

  • Medical Insurance
  • 401k
  • PTO
  • Sick leave
  • Remote working
