Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Property/Casualty Account Representative to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is sales-focused and centered on helping customers with auto and home insurance needs through consultative conversations and proactive follow-up.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for flexible hours while staying actively engaged in a sales role.
Schedule:
  • 2030 hours per week
  • Remote position
  • Schedule options include:
    • Tuesday / Thursday / Friday
    • Tuesday / Thursday with a floating Monday or Friday
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and service personal lines products, including auto and homeowners insurance
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales opportunities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Accurately document activity and maintain customer records
  • Meet individual sales activity and production expectations
Requirements:
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Prior experience selling auto and home insurance
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage a part-time schedule effectively
