As the Vice President of Commercial Strategies and Initiatives, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of value-based care. In this high-impact executive position, you will drive Aledade’s growth, market expansion, and competitive advantage by leading and operationalizing flagship programs like Aledade Complete and Patient Choice Services. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will serve as a key architect behind our long-term commercial innovation, designing scalable venture strategies and building new, non-MSSP revenue streams. • Create robust performance frameworks, implementation metrics, and data-driven feedback loops to evaluate initiative efficacy, accelerate timeline execution, and maximize value-based care outcomes.
  • Foster a highly coordinated, agile execution culture that quickly addresses operational bottlenecks, adapts to practice feedback, and champions the long-term vision of Aledade’s premier care solutions.
Commercial Strategy & Value Innovation:
  • Anticipate market shifts outside of our core MSSP business, leading the strategic forecasting and capability builds required to capture and scale the commercial insurance sector.
  • Orchestrate the long-term design of next-generation products and ventures specifically engineered to increase value-based care adoption among commercial payers and partners.
  • Architect complex business cases and internal enablement frameworks that transform these new commercial strategies into scalable, repeatable operational models.
  • Spearhead the incubation of non-MSSP revenue streams and strategic priorities, building high-performing pipelines and a culture capable of driving Aledade's long-term commercial growth.
Market Growth:
  • Drive the expansion strategy for alternative revenue streams and accelerate market entry blueprints into untapped geographic and clinical sectors.
  • Champion go-to-market readiness frameworks, ensuring robust organizational design, high-level needs assessments, and seamless long-term implementation of new customer initiatives and partnerships.
  • Govern the evaluation, prioritization, and underwriting of new strategic partnerships to meet evolving enterprise and business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
