Lead Manager for Real Estate Wholesaler

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Manager to serve as the first point of contact for homeowners interested in selling their properties. This role is critical to our success. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and driven by results, with the ability to quickly build trust, gather important information, and guide sellers toward scheduling appointments with our Acquisitions Team.

Success in this role requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to consistent follow-up. In a competitive market, the relationships you build and the conversations you have directly impact the growth of our business.

Compensation:

$18 hourly


Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Appointment Setting

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone calls, text messages, and email.

  • Make initial contact with new leads within minutes of receiving them.

  • Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.

  • Gather detailed information about the property, the seller’s situation, and their goals.

  • Qualify leads and determine whether our services are a good fit.

  • Schedule appointments for the Acquisitions Team.

  • Provide a smooth handoff and introduction to the appropriate team member.

Follow-Up & CRM Management

  • Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with all leads that have not gone under contract.

  • Document all conversations and updates with detailed notes in Follow Up Boss.

  • Ensure accurate lead tracking and pipeline management.

Process & Team Collaboration

  • Follow established scripts, processes, and procedures while maintaining authentic conversations.

  • Participate in coaching and training to continually improve performance.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve company goals.


Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional phone skills with the ability to build rapport and guide conversations naturally.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain empathetic, patient, and professional in sensitive situations.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Coachable and willing to accept feedback and implement change.
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable learning and following scripts, systems, and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, call centers, appointment setting, or lead management.
