• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to document client interactions, track progress, and adjust therapeutic techniques accordingly.
• Participate in regular case reviews and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and address emerging mental health trends.

As a therapist at Pivotal Moments Psychiatric Center, you will primarily serve diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
