Position: Recruiter – Call Center Recruiting Location: Minneapolis, MN Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – Remote Monday and Friday) Contract Duration: 4-months (Contract-To-Hire) Hourly Pay Rate: $37/hr. The Call Center Recruiter will support high-volume hiring efforts for our clients Customer Care organization. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for call center positions, including Customer Care Representatives, Credit Representatives, and Business Service Center Representatives. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, screen, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume customer care positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate offers and facilitate the hiring process through onboarding.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday, to manage recruiting activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting process.
Team & Work Environment
  • This position supports multiple Customer Care and Operations teams across the organization.
  • The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and recruiting team members located in Minneapolis, Denver, and Amarillo, TX.
  • The recruiting team operates in a highly collaborative environment where relationship-building, communication, and teamwork are essential to success.
Required Qualifications:
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume positions
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)
  • Sourcing and candidate pipeline development experience
  • Offer management experience
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience recruiting for customer care or call center environments
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives
  • Workday ATS experience (Preffered)
  • Strong talent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
