• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of individuals, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices and solution-oriented strategies.

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients presenting with a range of mental health disorders, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring all patient records are meticulously kept and up-to-date.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care that promotes effective treatment outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss patient progress, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall care quality.

• Educate patients and their families on various mental health issues and treatment options, helping them navigate available community resources for ongoing support.

• Stay abreast of current research, trends, and advancements in mental health, integrating new knowledge and methodologies into clinical practice continuously.

• Manage a robust caseload, ensuring that treatment goals are met promptly while adhering to the ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

As an LCSW at Sail Future Psychiatry Center, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your focus on individualized care and understanding of cultural dynamics will be crucial in fostering effective therapeutic relationships and achieving positive patient outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state is necessary for this role.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting with a strong emphasis on psychotherapy services is preferred.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and a proven understanding of evidence-based modalities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to cultivate trust and rapport with patients.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities.

• A team-oriented mindset is essential to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary professionals.

Experience within hospice care or a similar setting is highly valued. Candidates with knowledge of integrating mental health care within chronic illness management will find their skills particularly relevant at our hospice center, which aims to enhance the overall quality of life for patients.

The salary range for this position is USD 83,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
