Work Environment

This is a fully remote position that allows for flexibility in your schedule. You can choose to work full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (over 5 hours per week). Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via video chat, building trust and rapport in a virtual environment.

  • Assist clients in acquiring new coping mechanisms, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills, tailoring your approach to each client's unique situation.

  • Document client progress and feedback in an efficiently managed platform to ensure continuity of care while adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to provide individualized care to stable, low-acuity adults. Our clients may be experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges and are seeking guidance in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and overall life improvement. You will work with a diverse clientele, each with their unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs, reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity and understanding in therapeutic practice.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
  • Independent licensure, which empowers you to practice without supervision.
  • No history of disciplinary actions to ensure a high standard of ethical practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with proficient computer literacy to navigate telehealth and client management systems.
  • A stable Wi-Fi connection to maintain uninterrupted client sessions.
