ServiceNow ITAM Consultant 100% Remote Secret Clearance Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant for HAM, SAM, CMDB, and Discovery, responsible for designing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements. This role combines advanced ServiceNow technical knowledge with strategic creative thinking to design and implement specialized solutions, blending out-of-the-box features with custom-engineered approaches to meet the demands of unconventional customer environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. The candidate will need the ability to translate business and technical requirements to effective solutions. To succeed in this role, the candidate will need a strong history with HAM, SAM, Discovery, and preferably is also a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Required Qualifications: • Active DoD Secret clearance (at minimum) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 3–5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional, scalable designs • Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation. • Direct experience implementing Discovery and managing Midservers. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture. • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development. • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and API-based data exchange. • Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe). • Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management practices. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. • Strong communication and client-facing presentation abilities.
