Experience:
  • 5+ Years as a seasoned business analyst working on Enterprise Software Implementation projects
  • Experience with IBM TRIRIGA and has exposure to IBM TRIRIGA Facilities Condition Assessment Model Highly Preferred
  • Analytical Skills:: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools, data modeling, and project management methodologies. Knowledge of relevant programming languages and databases is often beneficial.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and business domain in which the organization operates.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and project requirements.
