Job Description
We are looking for an experienced RPA Manager with strong Artificial Intelligence (AI) expertise to lead intelligent automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of IT experience with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation, AI-driven automation, and team leadership.
 
Required Skills:
15+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of experience as an RPA Manager / Automation Manager
Strong expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence / Generative AI
Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR
Knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, NLP, or AI integration is preferred
Experience leading automation strategy, architecture, and delivery
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
Experience managing offshore/onshore teams
Agile/Scrum experience preferred
