• Coordinate services effectively with case managers, family members, educators, and medical staff to create cohesive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay current on best practices and enhance your clinical skills.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our organization, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults with various mental health concerns. This role requires familiarity with cultural sensitivities and the ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual. By building therapeutic rapport, you will play a key role in empowering clients on their journey toward mental wellness and improved quality of life.

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Demonstrated ability in effective communication, both orally and in writing, to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant would be advantageous.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by company policy.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients while modeling stability and support.

• Experience working with a wide range of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
• Prior experience delivering mental health services in a community health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
