This role is fully remote, allowing you to offer mental health support via telehealth platforms from the comfort of your home. • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to ensure personalized treatment planning for each client.
• Design and implement individualized and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Develop detailed aftercare plans that outline the next steps for clients following their discharge from the program, ensuring they feel supported in their transition.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients’ families, collaborating with outside clinicians and relevant stakeholders to promote continuity of care.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, including progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and weekly goal evaluations as per organizational policies.

In this role, you will provide care to a diverse client base, encompassing individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Your ability to engage empathetically and effectively with clients in a remote setting will be crucial in building trust and facilitating meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A Master's Degree in Behavioral Science is required (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Active licensure in the respective fields of Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing mental health services with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach toward patients, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.

Experience working in a telehealth capacity is advantageous, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
