About the Role

Jabezco Industrial Group is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Professional Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records while supporting our administrative and project teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.

  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing.

  • Maintain organized digital records and files.

  • Process project documentation, timesheets, invoices, and purchase orders.

  • Verify and correct data discrepancies.

  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Support administrative and project teams with data management tasks.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

  • Complete assigned tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
