The Role:

The Sr. Associate Brand Manager will help accelerate growth and expand the leadership position for 30 Seconds, the #1 Outdoor Cleaning brand. They will help define growth strategies and play a critical role in delivering the brand\'s annual financial results. The ideal candidate is an experienced CPG marketer who brings strong analytical, creative, and cross-functional skills and is ready to take real ownership of a high-priority brand.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business plans. Deep consumer, customer, brand, and category understanding will be essential for success. 

What You Will Do:

  • Support P&L management and financial analysis to drive profitability and achieve annual financial targets
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of shipment and POS data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop action plans in response
  • Support development and execution of advertising, promotional, and media plans in partnership with internal and external resources
  • Help maintain and evolve consumer and customer-facing content, claims, and product benefit communication
  • Leverage consumer data, macro trends, and category insights to evaluate new product extensions and adjacencies
  • Partner with innovation and project management teams to bring new products to market on time and on brief
  • Align brand channel strategy with sales team priorities
  • Develop persuasive sales presentation materials for line reviews and brand initiatives
  • Support pricing strategy development and alignment

What You Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of brand or product management experience in a CPG environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with shipment data, POS trends, and P&L analysis
  • Experience developing consumer-facing communications, media plans, and sales materials
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Clear, concise communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience supporting new product development with cross-functional partners
  • Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA a plus
     

Compensation Range: 

$70,100-$110,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
