Our client is looking for a highly organized and responsible Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper, with full time work experience and willing to learn.

This position is remote.

Availability during Pacific time zone may be required from time to time as Client works on both East and West coast.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage bank account & credit card fees, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts in online
  • accounting software
  • Enter account transactions and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare payroll
  • Maintain client documents in a paperless environment
  • Update information for tax preparation and reconciliation
  • Other duties as required

TOOLS NEEDED:

  • Home office setup
  • Computer with webcam
  • Smartphone with email capabilities and push notifications
  • High-speed Internet access

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-plus years of relevant bookkeeping experience
  • Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field or some college
