• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by individuals in a detox center.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions focusing on emotional resilience, recovery from addiction, and coping strategies.
• Utilize trauma-informed care techniques to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and available resources.
• Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals struggling with addiction and related mental health disorders, often at critical points in their lives. Understanding the complexities of mental health in the context of detoxification allows you to deliver specialized support that addresses both psychological and emotional needs. You will assist individuals in navigating their recovery journeys, empowering them to achieve productive and fulfilling lives.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health diagnosis, treatment modalities, and client-centered therapeutic approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Candidates with at least two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting will be prioritized. Familiarity with therapeutic practices related to addiction and experience working with a diverse client population will set you apart.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD $60,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
