Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Configure, enhance, and support SAP HCM US Payroll, including payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processing.
  2. Design, troubleshoot, and maintain payroll configurations, tax settings, BSI updates, and third-party payroll integrations.
  3. Lead testing, payroll reconciliation, cutover activities, and production support to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  4. Collaborate with business and technical teams, prepare functional documentation, and mentor junior consultants throughout project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience leading SAP HCM US Payroll configuration, production support, payroll tax management, BSI configuration, third-party integrations, testing, and cross-functional solution delivery.

Technical Skills

SAP HCM Payroll, US Payroll Configuration, Payroll Schemas & PCRs, US Payroll Tax & BSI, SuccessFactors Integration, SAP Time Management, SAP PI/PO & SAP CPI

Business / Domain Skills
