• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to establish effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, and actively monitor their progress toward achieving these goals.
• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges or preferences for virtual interaction.
• Maintain accurate client documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and clarity in care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and remain informed about emerging therapeutic practices.

Our client base encompasses a wide range of individuals facing various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. We focus on providing culturally competent care to a diverse population, ensuring that all clients feel seen, heard, and respected in their therapeutic journey. Your role will be critical in providing emotional support and tools to foster healing and resilience.

• Must hold a valid and current state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseload effectively.

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting is required. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities will be advantageous in delivering optimal client care. Experience in conducting teletherapy is a plus, given the remote nature of this position.
