To strengthen our Contract Lifecycle Management delivery team, we are looking for talented individuals to fill the position of: Contract Lifecycle Management Project Manager
Position Summary
The position contributes to the company's success by ensuring that customer implementation projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and successful completion of specific projects. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting and implementing ECM, CRM, or ERP systems at large Fortune 1000 companies.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and oversight to enterprise customer implementations
  • Manage the relationship with client and all stakeholders that create client satisfaction and reference ability
  • Adopt appropriate project quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement activities throughout the project life cycle
  • Ensure the project's best practices and lessons learned are documented and shared across the organization
  • Understand and deliver project scope, and proactively manage roadblocks, client expectations and changes in scope throughout the project
  • Develop and deliver project progress reports to Senior Management and Client Management
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Manage day-to-day operational and tactical activities of a project
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Assist Delivery Manager in confirming project milestones and deadlines are met with expected excellence
  • Diagnose task/procedural change issues and help to resolve the problem
  • Measure and interpret project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of previous consulting experience
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing teams of 5+ people
  • Experience in consulting on software implementations involving integrations and customizations at large Fortune 1000 companies, preferably with ECM, CRM or ERP systems
  • Hands-on experience with Contract Management processes and solutions (e.g. Conga/Apttus, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Aavenir, etc.)
  • Salesforce Administration experience a plus
  • Capable of succinct communication with all levels of employees and management, speaks and writes clearly
  • Proven success delivering quality work on time, following applicable established procedures and methodologies
  • Exceptional communications skills including relationship-building, conflict resolution, facilitation and client presentation skills
  • Facilitative leadership skills, particularly the ability to influence stakeholders in a workshop format and convey critical needs and milestones
  • Experience driving user adoption and acceptance within complex people, process and technology initiatives
  • Proven track record of taking quick action when client's expectations are misaligned with scope
  • Advanced-user level of project management solutions (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in related area required,
