Remote biotech project management involves overseeing biotechnology projects from a location outside of a traditional office or laboratory setting, often working from home or a different geographic area. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to successfully deliver projects in areas like drug development, clinical trials, or bioinformatics. Remote project managers often rely on collaborative software and virtual meetings to maintain productivity and team cohesion.
