Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

About Us:

We are a team of marketing strategists, digital innovators, life science leaders, and other professionals who are driving growth, pushing the envelope, and going above and beyond on behalf of our clients every day.

PharmaForceIQ is a real-time customer engagement platform built specifically for life sciences. We empower leaders across functions and brands with a faster, more effective way to engage healthcare professionals and patients. By streamlining real-time optichannel execution, leveraging AI, and focusing on measurable impact, we are driving a paradigm shift from sluggish, siloed customer engagement efforts to agile, data-driven strategies that deliver unmatched efficiency and tangible results.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative Optichannel Associate with 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare agency environments. This role will own day-to-day optichannel program execution, lead cross-functional coordination, and ensure high-quality client deliverables across HCP, patient, and clinical trial recruitment campaigns. The Optichannel Associate will report to the Optichannel Engagement Manager and will serve as a key partner to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary day-to-day project lead for assigned accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and deepen client relationships by driving agendas for client-facing and MLR/PRC meetings, capturing action items, proactively identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Serve as a central liaison between PharmaForceIQ and vendors/partners, overseeing asset tagging, asset trafficking, and delivery, and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Lead project management for complex, multi-channel initiatives, including HCP, patient, medical affairs, market access, and clinical trial recruitment campaigns, ensuring alignment to overall strategy and KPIs.
  • Own the development of monthly and quarterly performance reports, synthesizing data, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns and inform future planning.
  • Oversee weekly review of dashboards and analytics to ensure data integrity, timely updates, and actionable insights for both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to optichannel strategic planning by partnering with paid media, search, creative, and data/analytics teams to translate brand and business objectives into integrated activation plans.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and best practices to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability of optichannel program execution.
  • Support new business and organic growth opportunities through input into scopes, timelines, and resourcing for optichannel programs.

Prerequisites

We value experience with pharmaceutical or biotech companies, marketing agencies, or creative agencies that support regulated healthcare brands.

Hard Skills

Required:

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing or agency account/project management, with hands-on ownership of multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Demonstrated project management experience (timelines, status tracking, risk management, stakeholder coordination).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow-through.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Creatopy or other banner/ad creation platforms.
  • Exposure to programmatic, paid search, or paid social channels in the context of optichannel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with dashboards and analytics tools used in digital/optichannel marketing.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and expectation setting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and keep cross-functional teams accountable to timelines and deliverables.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Highly goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, account management, or project management, ideally within a media, communications, or optichannel agency supporting pharmaceutical or biotech clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience working in the pharma and biotech industry or with HCP and patient-focused campaigns is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
