Job description

Remote Position
Summary
Works closely with the Senior Brand Leader to lead integrated campaigns, manage content and insights, and support key brand initiatives, building and maintaining brand identity and consistency across touchpoints. Develops and executes comprehensive paid media strategies across the full funnel-from awareness through conversion-ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. Partners with media and creative agencies to support the development of campaign creative and assets, while managing all campaign inputs and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Oversees campaign and project timelines, launches, optimizations, and performance tracking to ensure initiatives deliver as planned. Prepares presentations and campaign recaps for internal stakeholders.
Collaborates with multiple agency partners and internal marketing & communications teams to support Parkview brand and service line initiatives as needed. Serves as a key contact for market research setup and reporting, contributes to learning agendas and performance optimization planning, and analyzes and summarizes brand and industry research to inform campaign strategy.
Maintains responsibility for budget tracking and forecasting, ad hoc problem-solving, consumer trend monitoring, and staying current on industry and platform updates to identify testing and innovation opportunities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Experience
1-4 years experience. Experience managing paid media channels and campaigns, marketing projects, and timelines
Other Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review marketing performance data and help summarize insights to support optimization decisions. Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, including campaign planning, creative development, and execution support. Strong organization, project coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Understanding of paid media and how best to optimize channels in an integrated capacity, from awareness to education/consideration to performance acquisition. Possesses high levels of professionalism and is comfortable collaborating with leaders at all levels. Vendor or agency management experience. Key team player and great collaborator.
