Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead the planning, design, and construction services for industrial water and wastewater projects.
  •  Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple disciplines.
  •  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both established and new clients.
  •  Develop and implement sales strategies for services. 
  •  Mentor and develop a team of talented engineering professionals.
  •  Ensure technical excellence in advanced treatment facilities and process engineering.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Engineering or related field. 
  •  Minimum 18 years of experience in process engineering and consulting.
  •  Demonstrated success in delivering water and wastewater treatment projects.
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills.
  •  Deep technical knowledge of advanced treatment processes and facility design.

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with and garner support from key stakeholders and staff.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical reports and procedures, and governmental regulations.
