• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and requirements, employing both standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapeutic needs, focusing on evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic sessions to adult clients, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring a client-centric approach.
• Engage in teletherapy by conducting virtual sessions via secure platforms, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients from diverse backgrounds, facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. • A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple clients and commitments effectively.
• A clean professional history, with no disciplinary actions from licensure boards.

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and best practices is preferred.
• Experience in working with varied populations, including those affected by trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
