• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide engaging and supportive psychotherapy sessions through video conferencing, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Document session details and treatment progress in a confidential manner, adhering to legal and ethical standards using our integrated electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with other professionals in our network to exchange best practices and provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with developments in mental health.

You will work primarily with adults seeking therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, including stress management, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, offering you the opportunity to apply your skills across various cultural contexts while contributing to their recovery and personal growth.

• A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• An active and unencumbered license as a mental health professional (such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult patients.
• Proficiency in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities in practice.
• Strong written communication skills for accurate and professional documentation.
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions pending against your professional license.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as it equips you to engage effectively with clients in a virtual format.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic tools and technologies that enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, in addition to an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
