Description
Location: Remote ET/CT/MT preferred - Working primarily in US time zones and collaborating with a distributed team.
We're hiring a part-time Brand & Creative Associate to own and fine tune ProphetX's visual identity, setting and enforcing brand standards across product, marketing, social, and partnerships so ProphetX looks and feels consistent everywhere users encounter it. This is a hands on design role where you'll be producing the graphics, templates, and campaign creative yourself.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own ProphetX's visual identity, including logo usage, color, typography, imagery, and overall look and feel, across web, product, social, and marketing materials.
  • Design marketing assets including social graphics, email templates, landing page visuals, decks, and campaign creative.
  • Edit and produce short-form video content for social and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries so the rest of the team can stay on-brand without needing you in every review.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth to make sure new features, campaigns, and launches ship with strong, on-brand creative.
  • Manage relationships with outside design or video freelancers/vendors as needed.
  • Continuously look for ways to sharpen and evolve the ProphetX brand as the company grows.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio that shows range across digital, social, and brand work.
  • A sharp eye for consistent, professional visual identity and brand systems.
  • Hands on proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Comfort working independently in a part-time, remote role and prioritizing across multiple requests.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in or familiarity with sports, sports betting, trading, or prediction markets.
  • Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
  • Previous in-house or agency brand/marketing design experience.
  • Experience in prediction markets, sports betting, or financial services specifically.
