• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs and co-develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities while adapting approaches to fit each client's goals, ensuring that therapies remain both effective and relatable.
• Formulate therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, fostering mutual buy-in and trust throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, or systemic family therapy, based on client preferences and treatment objectives.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation regarding treatment sessions, client progress, and any other relevant communications, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

Our mental health therapists serve a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. By providing an empathetic and understanding remote environment, therapists can build rapport and a strong therapeutic alliance crucial for effective treatment outcomes.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor including a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively, even in a remote setting.
• The ability to showcase empathy, compassion, and an understanding of the diverse experiences faced by clients.
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling effectively while balancing multiple clients.

• Experience working in a remote therapeutic role, utilizing virtual platforms for client interactions.
• Background in providing a wide range of therapeutic modalities tailored to various client needs.
• Proven record of success in managing diverse cases and achieving positive treatment outcomes.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $90,000 and $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
