To thrive as a Remote Behavioral Health Case Manager, you need a background in behavioral health or social work, often supported by a relevant degree and licensure such as LCSW, LPC, or RN. These skills and qualifications are crucial for delivering effective support, ensuring continuity of care, and achieving positive outcomes for clients in a virtual environment.
