• Perform comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and determine the most effective treatment strategies.

As a mental health counselor at Creekview Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral disorders. • A current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of balancing a dynamic caseload.

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those who have prior experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with electronic health records, and a proven track record of effective therapeutic interventions. Creekview Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on the counselor’s caseload and experience.
