This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance, while maintaining strong connections within a collaborative team. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will engage with clients in a safe, efficient, and comfortable setting, eliminating barriers to access while providing critical mental health services. You will also enjoy administrative support to ensure a focus on client care rather than paperwork.

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, facilitating their growth and understanding of clinical practices and ethical standards necessary for licensure.
• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as necessary to meet the evolving needs of your clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Stay informed about current trends, research findings, and best practices in mental health therapy, integrating this knowledge into your daily work.

Your work will primarily focus on adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will be trained to provide culturally competent care, ensuring that each client feels understood and valued as they navigate their personal and familial issues. With a commitment to client empowerment, your therapeutic approach will foster a strong partnership with clients as they embark on their healing journeys.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance is required.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in clinical mental health counseling.

• Experience providing supervision and training to practicum students.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
