Position Summary:
We are seeking a Remote BCBA to provide telehealth services and clinical oversight to clients and RBTs across New York. This role offers a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
- Develop and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Provide virtual supervision and training to RBTs/Behavior Technicians
- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with caregivers and school staff via telehealth
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes using CentralReach
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York State
- Experience with virtual ABA service delivery
- Familiarity with CentralReach (or willingness to learn)
- Experience working with children ages 3–18
- Reliable internet and private, professional work environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
