In Your New Role:
As a Senior Product Manager at our company, you will own the product and the customer's experience from beginning to end. This includes: collaborating with cross-functional partners on strategic direction, ideation, and prioritization; working with engineers to build, launch, and test; and learning from customers and analyzing data to keep StyleSeat on the cutting edge of technology for the personal care industry.
What you'll be responsible for:
  • Define the payment ecosystem for SS
  • Technical payment integration
  • Reimagine the e2e payment experience for both client in pros
  • Consider entire journey from online to offline in-store experience
  • Own fraud, compliance

You will
  • Help define how our product will become the go-to, SaaS-enabled, Beauty Marketplace
  • Deeply understand your customers and identify their top needs
  • Ruthlessly prioritize opportunities by synthesizing thorough research and data analysis
  • Take full ownership of the product and drive solutions from inception to impact
  • Rally a team of cross-functional partners to identify and deliver high-value products
  • Drive continuous value to the community and the business through iterative product development
  • Define and analyze metrics to inform decisions and measure success
  • Conduct user research to identify and validate product initiatives
  • Inspire through well-defined and transparent vision, strategy and insights
  • Keep our community first, while moving fast with optimal results

What you can bring to the table:
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including:
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
    • Experience using lean, user-centric, and insight-driven product development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Have an owner-mindset but lead through empowerment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

SKILLS:
