The Barber Agency is expanding and looking for a high-producing, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer who knows how to close and wants to get paid for performance.


This is a production role inside a top 1% Farmers Insurance agency. The expectations are higher, the standards are tighter, and the opportunity is bigger.


We provide a proven system, strong lead flow, and hands-on coachingbut this is not a role for someone who needs to be pushed. Were looking for self-starters who take ownership, execute consistently, and perform.

Core Responsibilities Remote P&C Licensed Insurance Agent

Sales & Production


Quote, present, and bind Auto, Home, Renters, and related P&C policies



Work agency-provided leads quickly and consistently




Conduct coverage reviews to identify protection gaps and cross-sell opportunities




Maintain strong close ratios through consultative selling (not order-taking)




Meet or exceed monthly production goals




Lead Management & Follow-Up




Contact new leads quickly using call, text, and email




Maintain consistent follow-up schedules inside the CRM




Work leads until disposition (quoted, sold, or nurtured)




Maintain professional, relationship-focused communication




Client Experience & Retention




Educate clients on coverage options in clear, simple language




Build long-term client relationships to drive referrals and retention




Assist clients with policy changes, basic service questions, and renewals when needed




Deliver a high-trust, consultative experience on every interaction




Systems & Process Execution




Accurately document activity inside CRM and carrier systems




Follow agency sales workflows and communication standards




Submit clean, complete applications to reduce underwriting delays




Stay compliant with carrier guidelines and Kansas insurance regulations
