This position is on site in Idaho Falls, Idaho (USA). Remote work is not an option for this position.

Job Purpose:
- The Business Intelligence Analyst at THE BANK OF COMMERCE is responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business decisions. The role involves analyzing complex data sets, developing reporting solutions, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize business performance and support the bank's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key performance indicators and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing and maintaining data quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and techniques to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users on business intelligence tools and data interpretation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.

Required Education:
