Scope of Position
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing Customer and Commercial Platforms team that is shaping the future of Watts' global Salesforce ecosystem. This strategic, hands-on, highly collaborative individual, as part of the Information Technology team, will be responsible for end-to-end ownership, technical leadership, strategy, and delivery of Watts' Salesforce platform. This role serves as the platform SME for Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM, Revenue Cloud (ARM/RCA/CPQ) capabilities, and Service Cloud, driving practical, scalable platform solutions, platform adoption, and continuous improvement across global commercial and service operations. The position requires strong experience working in complex multinational organizational structures, cross regional process alignment, and platform enablement in support of sales, quoting, customer service, and commercial transformation, ideally within manufacturing environments.
This role reports to the VP, Customer and Commercial Platforms, will have some managerial responsibilities with team members reporting up to this position. Is open to remote candidates based in the United States who can work East Coast time zone hours, with travel as required.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce platform roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement across Sales Cloud CRM, Revenue Cloud (ARM/RCA/CPQ), Service Cloud, and related capabilities.

  • Serve as the platform subject matter expert, providing hands on leadership for configuration, platform best practices, and practical solutioning in partnership with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and architects where needed.

  • Partner with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities that support global commercial and service processes across regions, business units, and operating models.

  • Drive platform adoption, business value realization, and operational performance through effective release execution, user enablement, data quality, and ongoing optimization.

  • Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational integrations by assessing impacts and enabling successful onboarding and standardization within the Salesforce platform.

  • Ensure platform capabilities align with enterprise standards for security, compliance, data governance, and integration, while meeting the needs of a complex global manufacturing environment.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and maintain a reliable, high performing platform.

  • Provide people leadership for assigned team members, including coaching, performance support, workload prioritization, and alignment of individual goals to platform and business priorities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, roadmap options, and recommended approaches.

  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the VP, Customer and Commercial Platforms or Company management.

Travel Requirements: Approximately 25%
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7+ years of progressive Salesforce platform experience with demonstrated hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM and Service Cloud.

  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including ARM/RCA/CPQ, or closely related quote to cash capabilities in complex commercial environments.

  • Strong platform subject matter expertise across Salesforce configuration, process enablement, reporting, automation, security, and core platform capabilities.

  • Proven experience owning Salesforce platform capabilities end to end, from solution definition and business alignment through deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

  • Experience supporting complex global organizational structures spanning multiple regions, business units, legal entities, brands, and operating models.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, business integrations, or organizational transitions impacting CRM, service, or commercial platforms.

  • Experience in manufacturing environments with complex commercial processes, product structures, quoting needs, and customer service requirements.

  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and actionable platform requirements.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence both business and technical teams.

  • Experience working across geographically dispersed teams and coordinating with offshore or third-party delivery partners where applicable.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities in enterprise platform environments.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.

  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and any required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial environments with complex products, pricing, quoting, and service processes.

  • Experience with large scale platform standardization, global template design, or integration of acquired businesses across regions.

  • Experience working with connected enterprise systems, including ERP and other sales, service, pricing, and quoting integrations.

  • Salesforce certifications relevant to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Administration, Platform App Builder, Revenue Cloud, or related capabilities.

  • Knowledge of and experience with Agentforce and other AI capabilities, with an understanding of how they can enhance sales, service, and commercial processes.

  • Executive presence and ability to influence across business and technology teams.

Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the North Andover, MA location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Pay Range
The expected salary range for this position is $136,000 - $155,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
