• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to ascertain patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, programming sessions to address individual client issues, and adapting interventions based on diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on enhancing mental health and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and impactful care for all patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services in response to mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive documentation compliant with laws and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing training on cultural competency to support our diverse patient base.
• Remain current with the latest research and therapeutic practices in mental health care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated experience in culturally competent therapeutic practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from all backgrounds.

• Prior work experience in community health or outpatient settings.
• Experience with telehealth modalities and digital health tools is highly valued.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention methods and trauma-informed care practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
