Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise healthcare solutions focused on Patient Access Services (PAS), Specialty Hubs, and Specialty Pharmacy platforms.

This role combines solution architecture, software design, and Microsoft technology expertise, using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform as the foundation to build scalable solutions that support patient enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, and specialty medication programs.

Responsibilities

Collaboration & Stakeholders
• Work with healthcare stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Communicate architecture decisions clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand challenges and deliver effective solutions.

Architecture & Development
• Design and deliver enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Architect Specialty Hub solutions that support healthcare workflows and patient access programs.
• Design integrations and technical solutions across multiple platforms, not limited to Microsoft technologies.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Core Development
• Provide technical guidance across development teams using technologies including C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design custom applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Extend Dynamics 365 capabilities using Dataverse, Power Automate, and custom development.

Data & Integration
• Design data models and integration strategies supporting healthcare applications.
• Build and oversee integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, and modern architecture patterns.
• Support complex healthcare workflows across Specialty Pharmacy, patient services, and external platforms.

Governance & Delivery
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
