Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: San Antonio, TX

Status: Full time

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for delivery across desktop applications running on installer workstations, web applications serving thousands of dealers, mobile applications used in the field every day, and the services and integrations that connect all of it. You will be assisting with product maintenance and enhancement while taking your skills to the next level.

 Core Duties

  • Deep cloud experience, fluency with infrastructure as code, and a track record of building release pipelines
  • Own the full release lifecycle for at least two of the three client surfaces (desktop, web, and mobile), and confident enough to ramp on the third quickly
  • Drive automation initiatives to eliminate manual processes and improve deployment efficiency
  • Provide estimates for programming work
  • Communicate and work well daily with a high-performance team
  • Perform code reviews and QA on new functionality as needed
  • Commit to and meet deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles
  • Strong expertise in:
    • CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
    • Cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
    • Scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • 4+ years of Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • The energy to dive into new problems and find ways to creatively solve them
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
