Scrum Master - Agile Delivery & Insights Focus Des Moines, IA Contract GC, USC Remote Interview but can for onsite Strong Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery, multi-team coordination, Jira/Azure DevOps, data-driven metrics (velocity, throughput), stakeholder communication, and workflow automation (Power Automate/Copilot). Summary We are seeking a hands-on Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and efficient execution. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and milestones to leadership
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to manage backlogs and priorities
  • Support multiple Agile teams simultaneously
  • Analyze delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, capacity) to improve performance
  • Implement automation solutions (Copilot, Power Automate) to streamline workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Strong multi-team coordination and organizational skills
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to present data-driven insights to leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
