Job Title: Director, AWS Alliance Location-Type: Remote (EST preferred) Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 6 month contract with possibility of extension/conversion Compensation Range: $75-85/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .

Job Description: Own and scale the global AWS partnership by driving program execution, co-sell motions, and AWS-influenced revenue through hands-on management of partner programs and portal activities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Build, operate, and scale AWS partner programs from scratch or existing foundation
  • Own and manage AWS Partner Portal (APN) activities including enrollment, tiers, and competencies
  • Execute co-sell motions, deal registrations, and opportunity tracking
  • Drive AWS Marketplace deal flow and optimization
  • Track and report AWS-influenced pipeline and revenue globally
  • Leverage AWS programs, MDF, and credits to generate pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and GTM teams
  • Act as the primary liaison between AWS and internal stakeholders
  • Identify gaps and continuously improve AWS partnership performance
  • Stay current on AWS program changes, incentives, and ecosystem updates

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
  • 10 years of experience in SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity environments
  • Proven experience building and scaling AWS partner programs from scratch or early stage
  • Recent (last 1–3 years) hands-on experience with AWS Partner Portal (APN)
  • Direct experience with co-sell motions, deal registration, and AWS Marketplace
  • Strong understanding of AWS partner programs, tiers, funding (MDF/credits), and incentives
  • Demonstrated success driving AWS-influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Experience working cross-functionally across global teams
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategy and AWS partnership impact on sales
  • Ability to operate independently and own program execution end-to-end
  • Experience managing multi-region/global AWS initiatives
